She has a track record of helping not-for-profits move from ad hoc fundraising to high-performing, strategically governed, and sustainable philanthropy organisations.
Susanne has extensive experience helping organisations move beyond short-term fundraising to structured, scalable, and sustainable philanthropy models. For more than 20 years, she has advised boards and CEOs on embedding strategic and sustainable fundraising practices and has established growth-oriented philanthropy programs across multiple sectors (education, medical research, arts, youth, mental health).
Most recently, Susanne led Monash University’s largest campaign, raising over $1 billion from 58,000+ gifts.
Susanne is AICD-qualified with seven years’ experience as a board member, including Chair of Audit & Risk Committee.
