Thinking About What’s Possible For Your Organisation?
March 2026
Delve through our first 200 project summary for inspiration!
We reached our 200th project late 2025 as the year came to a close. This milestone invites both reflection and celebration for us — an opportunity to look back on what we’ve built, the scale and scope of the projects we have delivered, the impact of our advice, and reading into the patterns and themes to inform the future direction of our practice. You may have seen us mark this milestone on LinkedIn, but here’s a snapshot of our first 200 projects.
Our Clients
Our mix of clients is unique; we deliberately engage across the breadth of the for-purpose sector partnering with not-for-profits, charities and social enterprises, working directly with community through to advising funders seeking to unlock or direct impact capital for good, and supporting intermediaries (‘the glue’) in bringing these worlds together.
This cross-sector vantage point is deliberate. It allows us to gather the requisite experience and insights to support greater alignment across the for-purpose sector. Foundations and not-for-profits account for around half of our client base, with family offices, social enterprises and universities also strongly represented.

Our Project Types
Across our service areas, strategy and program reviews form about a third of our work where we are engaged at key inflection points such as leadership transition, growth phases or funding shifts. Program design and revenue diversification support have been growing areas of interest with state budget cuts and funding uncertainty shifting focus into other sources. This volatility has crept into bigger questions for Boards and leadership teams wondering if their governance and risk management settings and approach remain valid, as headlined by our Insight Piece this quarter. Meanwhile, Impact measurement and Theory of Change projects allow us to go deep with organisations, strengthening how they articulate and evidence the outcomes they seek to achieve.
While every engagement is different, a common thread runs through them: integrated support. After all, the challenges facing Boards and leadership teams are rarely siloed — and neither is our approach.
Beyond client work, we remain committed to contributing time and resources to the communities we serve.
Volunteering is an intrinsic part of our model and values. Our team members serve as directors and advisors to foundations and not-for-profits, giving us first-hand insight into how advice is experienced on the other side of the table. Over the past three and a half years, we’ve contributed more than 600 hours of volunteer time as a team — approximately 150 hours per year — representing around $75,000 in professional value annually.
Giving is also core to who we are, shaped by the sector we serve and our B Corp commitments. Over the past four financial years, we have contributed $36,000 through staff matching and corporate grants. The largest recipient has been Southside Community Foundation, where we’ve been a founding supporter, contributing $25,000 to date. We’re proud to support community philanthropy and to play an active role in strengthening ths sector.
Reaching 200 projects is both humbling and energising. It reflects the trust placed in us, and the dedication of our amazing team. Here’s to the next chapter — and 200 more projects. Reach out if you think we can help your organisation or foundation.
