Jess is an impact-driven professional with expertise in social enterprise, impact measurement, and data. Over the past seven years, she has worked at this intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling - designing and implementing measurement frameworks, building KPI tracking systems, and contributing to evidence-based publications that inform decision making and policy advocacy.
Jess’ experience spans capability-building programs for social enterprise, social procurement, data for advocacy, certification and risk processes, and governance within the for-purpose sector. She has worked with hundreds of for-purpose organisations over this time and has a deep understanding of the various models used to generate impact and the unique challenges they come with.
Jess has completed the Board Observership Program with Refuge Victoria and the Social Impact Fellowship with Social Impact Hub. With a strong foundation in mathematics and data, Jessica brings analytical rigour and a systems-thinking approach to projects that drive meaningful social change.
